Abstract:

超声造影是一种可以对微血管灌注定性及定量评估的超声新技术。现有的文献多是对胃肠造影、肝造影、心脏造影、甲状腺造影、乳腺造影等领域进行综述,在甲状旁腺造影方面还少有涉及。本文对近年来报道的超声造影在该领域即甲状旁腺疾病诊断和治疗方面的研究进行分析并做一综述。
Contrast-enhanced ultrasound is a new technique for qualitative and quantitative assessment of microvascular perfusion. While the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography on the gastrointestinal tract, liver, the cardiovascular system, thyroid gland and mammary gland has been widely reported, parathyroid gland is rarely involved. This paper analyzes and reviews the recently reported studies of contrast-enhancend ultrasonography on the diagnosis and treatment of parathyroid diseases.
