Renovation Plan for the Villas in Badaguan, Qingdao, under the Influence of Regional Culture

本文以八大关地区的别墅设计为背景，在借鉴既有的建筑风格及传统地域文化的基础上，分析八大关地域文化对别墅设计的影响与当下别墅设计中的地域性内涵。本文探讨了八大关地区的文化背景及相关理论；分析地域文化对别墅设计原则的影响，包括独特性、时代性和大众性；讨论地域文化在别墅设计中的地域性表现；通过案例解析地域性元素在别墅设计中的表达。文章以地域文化背景下的居住建筑空间设计为研究方向具有重要的现实意义，通过地域文化在八大关地区别墅设计领域应用的研究，来探析地域文化对居住建筑空间的影响，为地域性建筑设计的研究提供了借鉴。
Based on the regional culture of Badaguan area and the reference of the existing architectural style and traditional regional culture, this paper mainly investigates the Badaguan villa group in Badaguan area Qingdao, and analyzes the influence of the regional culture of Badaguan on the villa design and the regional connotation in the villa design at present. This paper explores the cultural background and related theories of the Badaguan area, analyzes the impact of regional culture on the principles of villa design, including uniqueness, timeliness, and popularity, discusses the regional expression of regional culture in villa design, and through case analysis, examines the expression of regional elements in villa design. It is of great practical significance to build the residential building space in the context of regional culture. Through the research of the application of regional elements in the villa design field in Badaguan area, this paper analyzes the influence of regional culture on the residential building space, which provides a reference for the study of regional building methods.
