智能体育背景下乡村体育公共服务信息平台建设价值、困境及对策研究
Research on the Value, Dilemma and Countermeasures of the Construction of Rural Sports Public Service Information Platform under the Background of Intelligent Sports

智能体育背景下乡村体育公共服务信息化平台的建设是全面推进乡村体育振兴、建成现代化体育强国和健康中国的重要举措。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法对智能体育背景下乡村体育公共服务信息平台建设的价值意蕴、发展困境和提升对策进行了梳理研究。研究认为：智能体育背景下乡村体育公共服务信息平台建设存在体制尚未健全；信息化基础薄弱；供需矛盾突出；信息平台建设资源短缺；平台缺乏有效的安全管理机制；平台缺乏有效的反馈评估机制这六点困境。并针对性地提出以下六点对策：乡村体育公共服务信息平台一体化发展；构建惠及全民的体育信息服务平台和保障体系；提高体育信息化服务平台的服务精准性和个性化；提升乡村体育公共服务信息平台的影响力和使用率；推动乡村体育公共服务信息平台与乡村经济发展相结合；建立有效的乡村体育公共服务反馈与评估机制。
The construction of rural sports public service information platform under the background of intelligent sports is an important measure to comprehensively promote the revitalization of rural sports, and build a modern sports power and a healthy China. This paper uses literature method, expert interview method and logical analysis method to sort out the value implications, development dilemma and improvement countermeasures of the construction of rural sports public service information platform under the background of intelligent sports. The study believes that there are six dilemmas in the construction of rural sports public service information platform under the background of intelligent sports: the system is not yet sound; the information foundation is weak; the contradiction between supply and demand is prominent; the information platform construction resources are short; the platform lacks an effective security management mechanism; the platform lacks an effective feedback and evaluation mechanism. And the following six countermeasures are proposed: integrated development of rural sports public service information platform; building a sports information service platform and guarantee system that benefits all people; improving the service accuracy and personalization of sports information service platform; improving the influence and utilization rate of rural sports public service information platform; promoting the combination of rural sports public service information platform and rural economic development; establishing an effective rural sports public service feedback and evaluation mechanism.
