中药熏洗法促进肛裂术后创面恢复的研究进展
Research Progress of Chinese Medicine Fumigation Method to Promote Wound Recovery after Anal Fissure Surgery

临床上肛裂的根治疗法多采用手术疗法，由于肛门的生理结构、功能特点，决定了肛裂切除手术需要做开放式切口，切口愈合速度缓慢、创面水肿、术后疼痛感极强等问题则成为肛肠科医生工作的重点、难点。中药熏洗法是中医传统外治法之一，以中医的整体观念为指导，四诊合参，广泛灵活应用于临床。本文通过检索相关临床文献，对中药熏洗促进肛裂术后创面恢复临床情况进行总结分析，为临床肛裂的创面恢复提供参考。
Clinical treatment of anal fissures mostly adopts surgical therapy, due to the physiological structure and functional characteristics of the anus, anal fissure resection surgery needs to make an open incision, and the problems of slow healing of the incision, wound edema, and strong postoperative pain have become the key points of anorectal surgeons’ work and difficult points. The Chinese medicine fumigation method is one of the traditional external treatments of Chinese medicine, which is widely and flexibly applied to the clinic with the holistic concept of Chinese medicine as the guide and the four diagnostic methods. This paper summarizes and analyzes the clinical situation of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation to promote postoperative wound recovery of anal fissures by searching relevant clinical literature, to provide references for clinical wound recovery of anal fissures.
