医联体背景下专科护理联盟共建方案在成人炎症性肠病管理中的应用研究
Study on Application of Specialized Nursing Alliance Co-Construction Program in the Management of Adult Inflammatory Bowel Disease under the Background of Medical Treatment Combination

目的：探讨医联体背景下专科护理联盟的建立对炎症性肠病患者管理的效果。方法：分析医联体区域内消化专科护理发展现状，以医联体区域为界限，构建以市护理学会为主导、三甲医院为核心、社区医院为基础的多层次专科护理联盟体系。重点从消化专科护理人员岗位管理、护理临床专科帮扶、护理质量控制几个方面开展同质化专科护理联盟建设，采用护士长的管理能力、护理人员的专科护理能力作为评价指标，对专科护理联盟构建的效果进行评价。结果：构建了以市护理学会为主导的、1家三甲医院为核心的、2家基层医院为基础的专科护理联盟体系，经过一年的专科护理联盟建设，初步同质化了区域专科护理管理，提升了专科护理能力及专科护理内涵。结论：构建区域专科护理联盟体系，将三甲医院的优质护理资源下沉，促进了区域护理服务的同质化发展，推动了专科护理内涵的提升，最终实现了区域护理水平的整体提升。
Objective: To explore the effect of the establishment of specialized nursing alliance on the management of patients with inflammatory bowel disease under the background of medical treatment combination. Methods: To analyze the current situation of the development of digestive specialized nursing in the medical treatment combination region and to construct a multi-level specialized nursing alliance co-construction program with municipal nursing association as the leading, Grade A tertiary hospitals as the core and community hospital as the basis based on the medical treatment combination region. The homogenized specialized nursing alliance co-construction program was focused on the post-management of digestive specialized nursing staff, nursing clinical specialized assistance and nursing quality control. The management ability of head nurses and the specialized nursing ability of nursing staff were used as evaluation indicators to evaluate the effect of specialized nursing alliance co-construction program. Results: A specialized nursing alliance co-construction program led by the Municipal Nursing Association, with one Grade A tertiary hospital as the core and two primary hospitals as the basis, was constructed. After one year of specialized nursing alliance co-construction program, the regional specialized nursing management was initially homogenized, and the specialized nursing ability and connotation were improved. Conclusions: The construction of regional specialized nursing alliance co-construction program can sink the high-quality nursing resources of Grade A tertiary hospitals, promote the homogeneous development of regional nursing services, promote the improvement of the connotation of specialized nursing, and finally realize the overall improvement of regional nursing level.
