针刺治疗特发性面神经麻痹的研究进展

Abstract:
本文查阅针刺治疗特发性面神经麻痹的相关文献，就特发性面神经麻痹的发病机制、针刺作用机制及针刺临床应用3个方面评述针刺治疗特发性面神经麻痹的研究进展。发现针刺治疗特发性面神经麻痹常与其他治法联合应用且疗效显著，其可能通过中枢和周围两大机制发挥作用。未来或可开展多中心、大样本的随机对照试验为临床提供更确切的依据。
This article reviews the relevant literature on acupuncture treatment for idiopathic facial nerve paralysis, and evaluates the research progress of acupuncture treatment for idiopathic facial nerve paralysis from three aspects: the pathogenesis of idiopathic facial nerve paralysis, the mechanism of acupuncture action, and the clinical application of acupuncture. Acupuncture treatment for idiopathic facial nerve paralysis is often combined with other treatment methods and has significant therapeutic effects. It may exert its effects through two major mechanisms: central and peripheral. In the future, multi center, large sample randomized controlled trials may be conducted to provide more accurate evidence for clinical practice.
