环境行为学视角下的济南融创茂商业广场设计策略探究

Abstract:
随着中国经济的快速发展,商业广场空间在提升城市街道形象与提高居民幸福指数方面发挥着至关重要的作用。以济南融创茂西广场为例,作为典型的商业广场,其人流量大,对城市街道界面有显著影响。通过对该广场空间现状的调研与分析,基于环境行为学理论,探讨人类行为与空间要素之间的互动关系,旨在探索提升使用者舒适度与优化商业广场空间形象的设计策略。本文不仅揭示了环境行为学理论在商业广场设计中的应用价值,提升城市街道形象与居民幸福感,同时也推动城市空间的可持续发展与人文关怀的融合。
With the rapid development of China’s economy, commercial plaza space plays a vital role in improving the image of urban streets and improving residents’ happiness index. Taking Jinan Sunac Maoxi Plaza as an example, as a typical commercial plaza, it has a large flow of people and has a significant impact on the urban street interface. Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the square space, based on the theory of environmental behavior, the interaction between human behavior and spatial elements is explored, aiming to explore design strategies to improve user comfort and optimize the spatial image of the commercial square. This article not only reveals the application value of environmental behavioral theory in the design of commercial plazas, improves the image of urban streets and residents’ happiness, but also promotes the integration of sustainable development of urban space and humanistic care.
