Abstract:

全球人口老龄化趋势显著,到2035年,全球65岁以上人口预计将超过15亿,占总人口的16%。中国也将在2035年进入超老龄化社会,老年人的居住问题日益突出。随着家庭结构趋于小型化和核心化,老年人与子女同住的比例逐渐下降,超过六成老年人处于独立居住状态。然而,独居老人的日常生活中存在诸多不良饮食习惯,当前市场上的智能厨具主要面向年轻人设计,难以满足老年群体的实际需求。为应对这一挑战,本研究旨在结合跨学科知识,设计出符合老年人心理与生理需求的智能厨房产品。通过利用现有技术,最大限度地帮助老年人,尤其是面临功能障碍的群体,提高其生活质量与幸福指数,促进“人–社会–产品”关系的和谐发展。
The global trend of population aging is significant. By 2035, the global population aged 65 and above is expected to exceed 1.5 billion, accounting for 16% of the total population. China will also enter a super aging society by 2035, and the housing problem for the elderly will become increasingly prominent. As family structures tend towards miniaturization and centralization, the proportion of elderly people living with their children is gradually decreasing, with over 60% of elderly people living independently. However, there are many unhealthy eating habits in the daily lives of elderly people living alone, and the current smart kitchen utensils on the market are mainly designed for young people, which cannot meet the actual needs of the elderly population. To address this challenge, this study aims to combine interdisciplinary knowledge to design intelligent kitchen products that meet the psychological and physiological needs of the elderly. By utilizing existing technologies, we aim to assist the elderly, especially those facing functional impairments, to the maximum extent possible, improve their quality of life and happiness index, and promote the harmonious development of the “human society product” relationship.
