随着现代医疗技术的持续进步与创新，腹腔镜技术在外科领域的应用范围不断拓展和深化。腹腔粘连及粘连性肠梗阻作为腹部手术后频繁出现的并发症，其治疗手段经历了持续的优化与改进。腹腔镜手术曾几何时被教科书列为治疗腹腔粘连及粘连性肠梗阻的绝对禁忌证，然而，随着微创理念的深入人心与腹腔镜技术的不断发展，其早已为这类疾病的治疗开辟了全新的途径，因其符合手术人性化要求，深得医患双方的青睐，其应用范围不断扩大，带来了更多的可能性。本论文全面梳理和综合分析了腹腔镜技术在应对腹腔粘连及粘连性肠梗阻方面的最新研究成果与进展，涵盖了疾病病因、手术方法、粘连的分级对腹腔镜技术治疗的影响以及腹腔镜手术所具备的优势与局限性等。
With the continuous advancement and innovation in modern medical technology, the application scope of laparoscopic techniques in the surgical field is expanding and deepening. Abdominal adhesions and adhesive intestinal obstruction, frequent complications after abdominal surgery, have undergone continuous optimization and improvement in their treatment methods. Once considered an absolute contraindication in textbooks for treating abdominal adhesions and adhesive intestinal obstruction, laparoscopic surgery has paved new pathways for the treatment of such diseases as the concept of minimally invasive surgery has gained popularity and laparoscopic techniques have continued to develop. This congruence with the humane demands of surgery has won favor among both doctors and patients, thus expanding its application and bringing more possibilities. This paper comprehensively reviews and analyzes the latest research results and advancements in laparoscopic techniques for addressing abdominal adhesions and adhesive intestinal obstruction, covering the etiology of the diseases, surgical methods, the impact of adhesion grading on laparoscopic treatment, and the advantages and limitations of laparoscopic surgery.
