本论文聚焦于高职院校在“1 + X证书”制度框架下老年护理课程培养模式的深入探索与研究现状的审视。通过系统地梳理和整合既有研究文献，分析了该领域已取得的显著成果以及尚待解决的关键问题。研究发现，当前研究主要聚焦于该模式的教学实践策略、课程体系构建以及人才培养成效等多个层面，并取得了一系列积极的进展。然而，在研究的深度和广度方面仍存在一定的不足，特别是实证研究的匮乏，限制了对于该模式效果评估的准确性和科学性。鉴于此，本文旨在通过对已有研究成果的深入剖析和客观评价，为未来的研究提供宝贵的启示和坚实的参考。我们期望通过这一工作，能够推动高职院校老年护理课程培养模式的进一步创新与完善，以适应社会老龄化趋势对护理人才提出的更高要求，为老年护理事业的健康发展贡献力量。
This paper focuses on the in-depth exploration and review of the current research status of the training mode of geriatric nursing courses in vocational colleges under the framework of “1 + X certificate” system. By systematically combing and integrating the existing research literature, the outstanding achievements and the key problems to be solved in this field are analyzed. It is found that the current research mainly focuses on the teaching practice strategy, the construction of curriculum system and the effectiveness of talent training of this model and has made a series of positive progress. However, there are still some deficiencies in the depth and breadth of the research, especially the lack of empirical research, which limits the accuracy and scientificity of the evaluation of the effect of this model. In view of this, this paper aims to provide valuable inspiration and solid reference for future research through in-depth analysis and objective evaluation of existing research results. We hope that through this work, we can promote the further innovation and improvement of the training mode of the geriatric nursing courses in higher vocational colleges, so as to adapt to the higher requirements of nursing talents put forward by the aging trend of society and contribute to the healthy development of the geriatric nursing cause.
