社会创新视角下社区拾荒共享型服务平台设计研究——以镇江京口区孔雀苑社区为例
Design Research on a Community Scavenging Shared Service Platform from a Social Innovation Perspective—Taking the Peacock Garden Community in Zhenjiang Jingkou District as an Example

社区拾荒现象广泛存在于城市的社区中，作为非正规废旧物品回收的主要表现形式，它积累了诸多社会问题，并被视为城市乱象，影响了拾荒者及社区居民的生活质量。本研究将深入分析社区拾荒的负面影响及其潜在的社会价值，探讨服务对象的具体需求，并尝试运用社会创新的理念与服务设计的系统方法，创新社区拾荒管理的服务模式，最终构建一个共享型拾荒服务平台系统。该系统旨在实现相关利益者的资源共享与协同合作，提升社区居民和拾荒者的服务可行性，同时为其他城市社区在拾荒管理方面的创新与优化提供参考价值。
The phenomenon of community scavenging is prevalent in urban neighborhoods, serving as a primary form of informal recycling for discarded items. This practice has accumulated numerous social issues and is often regarded as an urban blight, negatively affecting the quality of life for both scavengers and community residents. This chapter will thoroughly analyze the negative impacts and potential social value of community scavenging, explore the specific needs of the target population, and attempt to apply social innovation concepts and systematic service design methods to create an innovative management model for community scavenging. The ultimate aim is to develop a shared scavenging service platform that facilitates resource sharing and collaborative efforts among stakeholders, enhances the feasibility of services for both community residents and scavengers, and provides valuable insights for the innovation and optimization of scavenging management in other urban communities.
