新时期以能力建设为根本对口支援西藏大学的实践与思考——以西南交通大学为例
Practice and Reflections on Capacity Building-Oriented Targeted Supportfor Tibet University in the New Era—A Case Study of Southwest Jiaotong University

对口援藏工作是新时期党中央从党和国家工作全局出发做出的重大决策，是党的西藏工作方针的丰富和发展，是我国各民族共同团结奋斗、共同繁荣发展的具体实践。教育援藏是对口援藏工作的重要组成部分，是全面贯彻落实中央西藏工作会议精神，促进西藏教育发展，实现教育区域协调发展的一项重大战略举措，对于推动西藏经济社会发展具有重要意义。文章通过总结介绍新时期以来，党中央和教育部关于对口支援西藏大学所取得成效，以西南交通大学对口支援西藏大学为例，总结了西南交通大学对口支援西藏大学的做法，分析了对口支援西藏大学的工作经验和存在的困境，提出了新时代对口支援西藏大学的路径。
Targeted support for Tibet is a major decision made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, considering the overall work of the Party and the country. It represents an enrichment and development of the Party’s policies on Tibet and is a concrete practice of the united efforts and common prosperity of all ethnic groups in China. Educational support for Tibet is a vital component of this initiative. It is a significant strategic measure aimed at fully implementing the spirit of the Central Tibet Work Conference, promoting the development of education in Tibet, and achieving regional coordination in education. This, in turn, plays a crucial role in driving the economic and social development of Tibet. This paper summarizes and introduces the achievements made in the targeted support for Tibet University since the new era, under the guidance of the Central Committee and the Ministry of Education. Taking the example of Southwest Jiaotong University’s support for Tibet University, the paper summarizes the practices, analyzes the experiences and challenges encountered, and proposes pathways for targeted support to Tibet University in the new era.
