Abstract:

瑞马唑仑(remimazolam)是一种新型短效的苯二氮?类药物,具有镇静、催眠和抗焦虑的作用,同时具有起效快、代谢快、持续输注半衰期短且恒定、不良反应发生率低等特点。本研究基于瑞马唑仑的作用机制、药代动力学特点,药效动力学特点以及在外科手术麻醉中的最新应用研究进行阐述,意在为临床提供理论指导。
Remimazolam is a new short-acting benzodiazepine, which has sedative, hypnotic and anti-anxiety effects, and has the characteristics of rapid onset, rapid metabolism, short and constant infusion half-life, and low incidence of adverse reactions. This study is based on the mechanism of action, pharmacokinetic characteristics, pharmacodynamic characteristics and the latest application of remazolam in surgical anesthesia, aiming to provide theoretical guidance for clinical practice.
