资产为本视角下的社区可持续发展路径研究——以柳州市L村为例
Research on Community Sustainable Development Path from Asset-Based Perspective—Taking L Village of Liuzhou City as an Example

社区作为国家政策执行的基层单元，对于国家“五位一体”战略在基层的实施至关重要。目前，社区发展面临一些问题，如居民参与度不高、传统逐渐消失、现代文化发展缓慢、经济结构单一、环保意识不足以及生态资源利用效率低下等。资产为本的社会发展理论从“人、文、地、产、景”五个方面为社区可持续发展提供可资借鉴的路径，本文以柳州市L村为例，通过资产为本的理论视角阐述该社区现有资产，分析在社区建设过程中更好地发挥以人为中心的内生发展方式，以期为乡村社区发展提供有益借鉴。
The community, as the basic unit for the implementation of national policies, is crucial for the implementation of the “five-in-one” strategy at the grassroots level. Currently, there are some problems facing community development, such as low resident participation, gradual disappearance of traditional culture, slow development of modern culture, single economic structure, insufficient environmental awareness, and low efficiency in utilizing ecological resources. The asset-based social development theory provides a path for sustainable community development from the perspectives of “people, culture, land, production, and scenery”, and this paper takes L Village in Liuzhou as an example to expound on the existing assets of the community through the lens of asset-based theory and analyze how to better play the role of people-centered endogenous development in community construction, with the aim of providing useful reference for rural community development.
