城市更新视角下的社区商业街巷建筑立面设计探究——以南京市南湖社区街巷为例
Research on Facade Design of Community Commercial Streets and Alleys from the Perspective of Urban Renewal—Taking Nanhu Community Streets in Nanjing as an Example

随着我国城市建设由增量建设转变为存量提质，城市更新也向多元化、精细化、集约化的方向发展。城市界面更新作为城市更新的重要组成部分，其更新程度能够有效的反应城市形象和精神面貌。社区作为城市的重要节点，街巷建筑立面作为城市界面的重要分支，两者的优劣能够直接反应城市更新的程度。本文以南京市南湖社区商业街巷建筑立面为例，基于城市有机更新视角，依托南京城市文脉和地域特色，从商业街巷建筑立面的材料与构造，色彩与尺度、户外广告构建、绿色与节能五个方面对其建筑立面进行设计，从而改善社区街巷建筑立面，扩充城市界面更新范围，助力城市高质量发展。
As China’s urban construction changes from incremental construction to stock improvement, urban renewal also develops in the direction of diversification, refinement and intensification. As an important part of urban renewal, urban interface renewal can effectively reflect the image and spirit of the city. The community is an important node of the city, and the street facade is an important branch of the urban interface. The advantages and disadvantages of the two can directly reflect the degree of urban renewal. This paper takes the building facades of commercial streets in Nanhu community in Nanjing as an example. Based on the perspective of urban organic renewal and the urban context and regional characteristics of Nanjing, it designs the building facades of commercial streets from five aspects: materials and structure, color and scale, outdoor advertising construction, green and energy saving, so as to improve the building facades of community streets, expand the scope of urban interface renewal and support high-quality urban development.
