社会疏离感对肠造口人群心理健康影响的研究进展

Abstract:
近年来，随着结直肠癌的高发率，肠造口人群数量也随之增加。造口的存在改变了该人群的外在形象和躯体功能，对他们而言是一个长期的心理应激源，导致肠造口人群出现自我厌恶和病耻感等负性情绪，继而出现自我社会疏离行为，使得患者难以顺利接触社会、融入社交活动，对其心理健康产生不良的影响。社会疏离感已被证实是导致肠造口人群死亡率上升和不良健康结局的危险因素之一，是影响肠造口人群心理健康的重要风险因素。因此，本文将对社会疏离感对心理健康的影响、产生社会疏离感的因素以及提高心理健康水平的措施进行综述，以期为进一步的研究提供参考依据。
In recent years, with the increasing incidence of colorectal cancer, the number of people with stoma has also increased. The existence of stoma has changed the external image and physical function of this population, making it a long-term psychological stress source, leading to negative emotions such as self-hatred and stigma, followed by self-social withdrawal behavior, making it difficult for patients to contact society and integrate into social activities, negatively affecting their mental health. Social withdrawal has been proven to be one of the risk factors for increased mortality and poor health outcomes in stoma patients and is an important risk factor affecting the mental health of stoma patients. Therefore, this paper will review the impact of social withdrawal on mental health, the factors that lead to social withdrawal, and measures to improve mental health, with the aim of providing a reference point for further research.
