王宗明运用泻热通降法辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎的经验集萃
Wang Zongming’s Experience Collection on Using the Method of Draining Heat and Promoting Descent in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic Atrophic Gastritis, CAG)是指胃粘膜固有腺体萎缩，在中医属于“胃痞”等范畴，病机以中焦气化不利，脾胃升降失司为主，在中医临床上以虚实夹杂症多见。王教授为全国第六批名老中医药专家传承指导老师，从事临床教学、科研工作10余载，对慢性萎缩性胃炎有着多年治疗的经验，并在临床实践中取得良好的成效。笔者在跟师学习过程中发现王教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎注重整体辨证，主要运用清热利湿、降气通下，调和脾胃之法，疗效显著。现将王教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的思路归纳如下，以飱同道。
Chronic Atrophic Gastritis (CAG) refers to the atrophy of gastric mucosa, which belongs to the category of “gastric ruffian” and so on in Chinese medicine. It is primarily characterized by impaired digestive and absorption functions, and spleen and stomach dysfunctions. Clinically, it often presents with a mixture of deficiency and excess symptoms. Professor Wang Zongming has been engaged in clinical teaching and scientific research for more than 10 years, and is the sixth batch of famous old Chinese medicine experts in China. He has had many years of experience in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, and he has achieved good results in clinical practice. In the study with the teacher, the author found that Professor Wang paid attention to the overall syndrome differentiation, used the method of clearing heat, improving dampness, reducing Qi, and harmonizing the spleen and stomach, and achieved obvious effect in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Now professor Wang’s treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is summarized as follows for the benefit of researchers in the same field.
