“教师减负”的研究综述与未来展望——基于CNKI核心期刊文献的Cite Space可视化分析
A Review of Research on “Teacher Burden Reduction” and Its Future Prospects —A Cite Space Visual Analysis Based on CNKI’s Core Journal Literature

笔者运用CiteSpace文献计量可视化软件并结合文献分析法，以CNKI (Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure)中有关教师减负的核心期刊为研究材料进行研究。结果表明：该领域的发文量自2019年起呈现不断增长的态势；研究者之间合作较少；研究热点主要包括教师负担来源的探究、教师减负面临的困境和教师减负的途径。基于此提出未来的研究展望：加大研究力度，关注相关政策；加强研究者之间的合作，形成研究团队；增加个案研究，总结个体经验。
Using CiteSpace bibliometric visualization software and literature analysis method, the author took the core journals of CNKI (Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure) on teacher burden reduction as research materials. The results show that the number of publications in this field has been increasing since 2019; Less collaboration between investigators; The research hotspots mainly include the exploration of the sources of teachers’ burden, the dilemma faced by teachers to reduce their burden, and the ways to reduce teachers’ burden. Based on this, the future research prospects are proposed: increase research efforts and pay attention to relevant policies; Strengthen the cooperation between researchers and form research teams; Add case studies to summarize individual experiences.
