基于文献计量的用户体验研究

Abstract:
为全面剖析用户体验交互领域的研究态势,厘清不同研究课题之间的脉络、边界和联系,本文通过对Web of Science数据库收录的1625篇(2003~2023年)与“user experience”主题有关的文献进行计量分析,并展开CiteSpace时区演化图谱、VOSviewer关键词共现图谱和战略坐标图谱等知识图谱的绘制。从研究演化、研究热点和研究质量三个角度揭示了用户体验研究的状态和趋势。结果表明,在新的技术发展和用户期待不断变化的趋势背景下,用户体验领域研究中传统的定性式的研究方式存在不确定性与模糊性,会逐渐被定性与定量相结合的研究方式所取代。而从研究的历史脉络来看,其研究方向会不断地趋向于主观性,更加考虑个性化发展以及用户的个人体验。
In order to comprehensively analyze the research situation in the field of user experience interaction and clarify the context, boundaries and connections between different research topics, this article analyzed 1625 documents (2003~2023) related to the topic of “user experience” included in the Web of Science database. Carry out quantitative analysis and develop knowledge graphs such as CiteSpace time zone evolution map, VOSviewer keyword co-occurrence map and strategic coordinate map. The status and trends of user experience research are revealed from three perspectives: research evolution, research hotspots and research quality. The results show that in the context of new technological developments and changing user expectations, traditional qualitative research methods in the field of user experience have uncertainties and ambiguities, and will gradually be replaced by research methods that combine qualitative and quantitative research. Judging from the historical context of research, its research direction will continue to tend towards subjectivity, giving more consideration to personalized development and the user’s personal experience.
