The Chinese sports spirit is the vivid embodiment of Chinese sports spirit. It is a powerful spiritual motivation to promote school physical education and build a powerful sports country. As the organizer, implementer and guide of school physical education, college physical education teachers play an important role in the quality of personnel training, teacher career development, campus culture construction and the development of physical education. This paper analyzes the importance and realistic predicament of the integration of Chinese sports spirit and college physical education teacher team construction, and puts forward effective countermeasures. The aim is to promote the effective integration of Chinese sports spirit with the construction of college physical education teachers, and to provide guidance and reference for the improvement and development of the construction of college physical education teachers.
