体育支持对老年人健康的影响研究
|
Abstract:
本研究旨在探讨体育支持对老年人健康的影响。通过文献分析法系统梳理了体育活动对老年人身心健康的积极作用，并通过逻辑分析法从国家、社会组织和个人层面剖析体育支持的不同维度，提出加强体育支持以促进老年人健康与提升生活质量的重要性。研究结果显示，体育支持不仅能够提高老年人的身体素质，延缓衰老，还对心理健康具有显著的改善作用。本文从多个角度探讨了体育支持在老年群体中的应用及其带来的综合效益。
This study aims to explore the impact of sports support on the health of the elderly. Through the literature analysis method, it systematically sorts out the positive effects of physical activities on the physical and mental health of the elderly. Furthermore, it employs logical analysis to dissect the different dimensions of sports support from the national, social organization, and individual levels, highlighting the significance of strengthening sports support to promote the health and improve the quality of life of the elderly. The research findings indicate that sports support not only enhances the physical fitness of the elderly and delays aging but also significantly improves their mental health. This paper discusses the application of sports support among the elderly from multiple angles and its resultant comprehensive benefits.
