Abstract:

术后胃肠功能障碍是继发于手术、创伤的一种胃肠道急性病理生理改变,以肠道粘膜受损、屏障功能破坏及胃肠道运动障碍为主要特征。近年来,加速康复外科在临床中不断应用,加快患者术后胃肠功能恢复也是加速康复外科的重要环节。术后胃肠动力早期恢复将促进患者的全面康复,缩短患者住院时间,减少住院费用,提高医疗资源利用率,减少社会经济负担。
Postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction is a kind of acute pathophysiological changes of the gastrointestinal tract secondary to surgery and trauma, which is characterized by intestinal mucosal damage, barrier function destruction and gastrointestinal motility disorders. In recent years, enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) has been applied in clinical practice, and accelerating the recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery is also an important part of ERAS. Early recovery of gastrointestinal motility after surgery will promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients, shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce hospitalization expenses, improve the utilization of medical resources, and reduce the social and economic burden.
