防艾禁毒科普教育“校、社”融合发展新模式探析——以济宁市为例
An Analysis of the New Model of Integrated Development of AIDS Prevention, Drug Prohibition and Popular Science Education in Schools and Communities —Taking the City of Jining as an Example

防艾禁毒教育是一项着眼于未来的终身事业，我国已明确将“预防为主”作为防艾禁毒工作的核心战略方针，济宁市作为孔孟之乡，其防艾禁毒工作不仅承载着重要的社会公共卫生责任，更是深深植根于这片独特文化土壤中的精神实践。济宁医学院作为地方高校，积极响应省委、省政府的号召，深入贯彻防艾禁毒的相关要求，采取积极行动，联合济宁市各级社会组织，共同成立了济医艾心社和济宁市任城区艾滋病综合防治志愿者健康宣传联盟，通过承接国家系列赛事活动和社区服务活动，积累了丰富的经验。随着高校与社会防艾禁毒工作的深入开展，不仅能有效促进当地社会风气的净化，提升群众的精神面貌和文化素养，还能与当地非遗文化、精神文化的结合，不仅有助于推动防艾禁毒工作的深入开展，还能促进当地精神文化的丰富与发展，实现社会文化的和谐共生，这是一条值得探索和实践的新的发展路径。
AIDS prevention and drug prohibition education is a life-long career with an eye to the future. Our country has made “prevention first” the core strategic policy of AIDS prevention and drug prohibition work. Jining is the hometown of Confucius and Mencius, its AIDS prevention and drug prohibition work not only bears an important social and public health responsibility, but also is deeply rooted in this unique cultural soil in the spiritual practice. The Jining Medical University, as a local university, has actively responded to the call of the provincial party committee and the provincial government to carry out in-depth AIDS prevention and drug prohibition related requirements, take positive actions, and jointly with social organizations at all levels in Jining, we have set up the Health Promotion Alliance of volunteers for AIDS prevention and treatment in Rencheng District, Jining City, and we have accumulated rich experience through the national series of events and community service activities. With the deepening of AIDS prevention and drug prohibition work in colleges and universities, it can not only effectively promote the purification of the local social atmosphere, improve the people’s spiritual outlook and cultural literacy, but also integrate with the local non-heritage culture and spiritual culture, it not only helps to promote the development of AIDS prevention and drug prohibition work, but also promotes the enrichment and development of local spiritual culture, and realizes the harmonious coexistence of social culture, which is a new development path worth exploring and practicing.
