高校高等学历继续教育转型发展的研究与探索

Abstract:
高等学历继续教育是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,是广大人民群众更新专业知识和提升职业能力的重要途径,是建设技能型社会和学习型社会的重要支撑。通过对我国高等学历教育的政策变迁和发展历程进行分析,总结了我国高等学历教育所取得的成就,并提出了我国高校在举办高等学历继续教育过程中存在的问题。从高等学历继续教育转型发展的基本要求、当前任务和长期任务,提出了促进高校高等学历继续教育高质量发展的相关措施和建议。
Continuing education with higher education qualifications is an important component of China’s higher education system. It is an important way for the general public to update their professional knowledge and enhance their professional abilities. It is also an important support for building a skills-oriented and learning-oriented society. By analyzing the policy changes and development process of higher education in China, this paper summarizes the achievements of higher education in China and points out the problems that exist in the process of continuing higher education in Chinese universities. Based on the basic requirements, current and long-term tasks of the transformation and development of higher education continuing education, relevant measures and suggestions have been proposed to promote the high-quality development of higher education continuing education in universities.
