“三阶行动”下高校学生党支部高质量发展路径
The Path to High-Quality Development of College Student Party Branches under the “Three-Stage Action”

党的二十大报告中强调“增强党组织政治功能和组织功能”，这为高校学生党支部的建设提供了根本遵循。本文以中央财经大学政府管理学院本科生党支部为例，在第三批全国党建工作样板党支部培育创建中，依据科学化管理的三个层次，有步骤、有创新地实施“三阶行动”计划，将“七个有力”贯穿其中，探索高校学生党支部高质量发展路径。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized “strengthening the political and organizational functions of party organizations”, which provides a fundamental guideline for the construction of college student party branches. This paper takes the undergraduate party branch of the School of Government, Central University of Finance and Economics as an example. In the cultivation and creation of the third batch of national model party branches for party building work, based on the three levels of scientific management, the “three-stage action” plan is implemented step by step and innovatively, and the “seven powerful” are integrated into it to explore the path of high-quality development of college student party branches.
