Abstract:

目的:探讨基于“OBE理念”融入思政教育的“混合式”的融合教学模式在中西结合妇产科学的应用教学效果。方法:将海南医科大学中医学院中西医临床医学专业2019级本科班设为对照组,以传统教学方法为主(LBL94 + PBL6)授课;2020级本科班设为研究组,采用基于“OBE理念”融入思政教育的“混合式”的融合教学模式进行授课,最后通过期末成绩、总评成绩和学生的满意度调查进行教学评价。结果:研究组的期末成绩和综合成绩均高于对照组(P < 0.05),调查问卷显示绝大部分学生对该教学法的满意度较高,研究组在OBE理念的认同度、加强师生交流、提高分析、归纳与总结问题能力、提高课程学习效果、提高团队合作能力、增强对理论知识的掌握和培养中医临床思维能力7个方面的调查满意度均高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论:基于“OBE理念”融入思政教育的“混合式”的融合教学模式以“注重知识教育与能力培养,理论和实践、中医思维能力的培养”“术精岐黄、妙手仁心”的思政教育为终极目标,培养学生中西结合临床思维模式,为今后的学习提高其多维度解决临床问题的能力。
Objective: To explore the effect of “blended” integrated teaching mode based on “OBE concept” integrated with ideological and political education in the application of Chinese and Western obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: The 2019 class of Clinical Medicine of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in School of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Hainan Medical University was set as the control group, and the traditional teaching method (LBL94 + PBL6) was used as the main teaching method. The class of 2020 is set up as a research group, which adopts the “blended” teaching mode based on the “OBE concept” integrated into ideological and political education. Finally, the teaching evaluation is carried out through the final grade, the overall grade and the satisfaction survey of students. Results: The final scores and comprehensive scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The questionnaire showed that most of the students had higher satisfaction with the teaching method. The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group in seven aspects of OBE concept recognition, strengthening teacher-student communication, improving the ability of analyzing, summarizing and summarizing problems, improving the course learning effect, improving the ability of teamwork, strengthening the mastery of theoretical knowledge and training the ability of TCM clinical thinking (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Based on “OBE concept” integrated with ideological and political education, the “blended” integrated teaching mode takes “focusing on knowledge education and ability cultivation, theory and practice, TCM thinking ability cultivation”, “skillful and skillful” as the ultimate goal, and cultivates students’ clinical thinking mode
