专门学校在罪错未成年人分级干预中的定位与功能研究

罪错未成年人分级干预制度是我国少年司法的重要一环，在罪错未成年人社会化过程中发挥重要作用。专门学校是对有严重不良行为的未成年人进行专门教育以及专门矫治教育的重要场所，通过对具有严重不良行为的未成年人进行专业化的教育矫治，纠正其错误行为，树立正确的行为观念和道德观念，促进未成年人积极融入社会，提高其社会适应能力。在实践中，专门学校运行存在诸多困境，诸如定位不明导致的招生数量有限，专门教育指导委员会成员配置欠佳，学校运行不畅导致的教育矫治功能不能充分发挥。通过明确专门学校的定位，细化专门教育指导委员会实施细则等，充分发挥专门学校的教育矫治作用，保障未成年人顺利回归社会。
