Abstract:

随着我国文化体制改革的不断深入,文化市场需求的日益旺盛,文化传媒行业面临着新的机遇与挑战,针对文化传媒上市公司经营绩效的评价研究也变得尤为重要。文章选取2023年文化传媒业45家上市公司财务数据为样本,构建经营绩效评价体系,运用因子分析法对样本数据进行降维处理,得出评价结果,之后对我国文化传媒上市公司的财务数据进行分析,从盈利能力、偿债能力、营运能力、发展能力4个维度衡量企业的经营业绩。研究结果表明:因子分析法能有效评价文化传媒业上市公司的经营绩效,为投资者和企业管理者提供参考,对企业竞争力及可持续发展具有深远影响。
With the deepening of China’s cultural system reform and the increasing demand of the cultural market, the cultural media industry is facing new opportunities and challenges, and the evaluation of the business performance of listed companies in the cultural media industry has become particularly important. The article selects the financial data of 45 listed companies in the cultural media industry in 2023 as samples, constructs the evaluation system of business performance, uses factor analysis to downsize the sample data, comes up with the evaluation results, and then analyzes the financial data of China’s listed companies in the cultural media industry, and measures the business performance of the enterprises in four dimensions, namely, profitability, solvency, operating ability, and development ability. The results of the study show that the factor analysis method can effectively evaluate the business performance of listed companies in the cultural media industry, provide a reference for investors and business managers, and have a far-reaching impact on the competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises.
