实习护生疼痛管理知识和态度的现状调查及分析

Abstract:
目的：调查上海市实习护生疼痛管理知识与态度现状并分析其影响因素，为今后实习护生疼痛管理与实践的教学提供参考依据。方法：采用便利抽样法，选取于2024年3月至5月上海市5家三级甲等医院的230名实习护生作为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表、疼痛管理知识与态度问卷对其进行调查。结果：上海市实习护生的疼痛管理知识与态度问卷的答对率为(42.99 ± 9.85)%，总平均分为(17.61 ± 4.04)分；不同自身疼痛经历、亲属疼痛经历、疼痛相关书籍阅读状况的护生疼痛管理知识与态度答对率有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：上海市实习护生疼痛管理知识和态度方面存在不足，建议强化护生疼痛管理专业知识培训与临床疼痛管理实践，同时修订现有护理课程或补充新理论，以提高护生疼痛管理知识水平。
Objective: The purpose of this paper is to investigate the current status of pain management knowledge and attitudes of intern nursing students in Shanghai and analyze their influencing factors, in order to provide a reference basis for the teaching of pain management and practice for intern nursing students in the future.
