浅析当前高校毕业生的择业观以及应对之策
An Analysis of the Current Career Outlook and Coping Strategies of College Graduates

就业是最基本的民生。就业作为大学生人生中的一个非常重要的阶段，是从大学生身份转变为社会劳动者的一个重要环节，受到百姓的密切关注。随着高校教育的不断扩张，我国高校毕业生人数每年都在不断地攀升，其就业难问题也日益突出。为此，本文详细分析了当前高校毕业生的就业现状以及在这影响下他们择业观的特征，发现存在择业心态呈焦虑担忧状态、择业目标偏体制化、择业态度受家庭因素影响、择业取向薪资偏重视物质化的特征，并从高校、政府、家庭以及毕业生自身四个方面提出树立高校毕业生正确择业观的应对之策。
Employment is the most basic aspect of people’s livelihood. As a very important stage in the life of college students, employment is an important link in the transformation from college students to social workers, which has been closely concerned by the people. With the expansion of college education, the number of college students in China is rising every year, and the employment of college graduates is increasingly prominent. To this end, this paper analyzes the current employment status of college graduates and under the influence of the characteristics of their career, finds that a career mentality state of anxiety, career target systematic, career attitude influenced by family factors, career orientation salary value the characteristics of materialization, and from the university, government, family and graduates themselves four aspects to set up the correct career view of college graduates.
