新工科背景下汽车电子技术专业对“1 + X”证书制度人才培养模式的构建与实践——以广东交通职业技术学院为例
The Construction and Practice of the “1 + X” Certificate System Talent Training Model for Automotive Electronic Technology Majors under the Background of New Engineering—Taking Guangdong Communication Polytechnic as an Example

针对“1 + X”证书制度人才培养的不足及新工科背景下专业人才培养的目标，积极地推进教育实践改革，对当下汽车电子技术类“1 + X”证书制度所存在的问题进行修改与指正，对外加强企业对老师的指导，对内加强老师以及企业对学生的指导，做到学练一体化，对汽车电子技术专业(专本衔接)的人才培养方案进行构建与实践，达到面向国家、面向世界、面向未来的目的，从而为社会提供复合型人才。“1 + X”证书制度的人才培养模式改革，在同类高校中具有较高的参考作用和推广价值。
In view of the shortage of talent training of “1 + X” certificate system and the goal of professional talent training under the background of new engineering, in order to actively promote the reform of educational practice, the study modifies and corrects the problems existing in the current “1 + X” certificate system of automotive electronic technology, strengthens the guidance of enterprises to teachers externally, strengthens the guidance of teachers and enterprises to students internally, and achieves the integration of learning and training. The construction and practice of the talent training program of automotive electronic technology major (bridging junior college and undergraduate education) are carried out to achieve the goal of facing the country, the world, and the future, so as to provide compound talents for the society. The reform of talent training mode of “1 + X” certificate system has high reference function and popularization value in similar colleges and universities.
