中外合作办学大学生跨文化素养的培养和提升研究
Research on the Cultivation and Enhancement of Intercultural Literacy of College Students in Sino-Foreign Co-Operative Schools

培养大学生的跨文化素养不仅是响应时代发展的必要条件，也是高等教育机构在人才培养方面的根本职责，更是其承担的时代使命和社会责任。尽管高等教育机构致力于培养学生的跨文化素养，但当前学生的跨文化素养基础普遍较为薄弱。本研究致力于探索如何通过提升中外合作办学的跨文化素养教育体系、引入专业化的跨文化教育课程，以及积极推进跨文化教育实践活动，来增强学生在语言沟通、文化适应、冲突解决以及外来文化适应等方面能力的途径，旨在为高等教育的人才培养提供创新的思路和方法。
Cultivating intercultural literacy among college students is not only a necessary condition to respond to the development of the times, but also a fundamental duty of higher education institutions in talent cultivation, as well as their mission and social responsibility of the times. Although higher education institutions are committed to cultivating students’ intercultural literacy, the current students’ intercultural literacy foundation is generally weak. This study is dedicated to exploring how to enhance students’ abilities in language communication, cultural adaptation, conflict resolution and adaptation to foreign cultures by upgrading the intercultural literacy education system in Chinese-foreign cooperative universities, introducing specialised intercultural education courses, and actively promoting intercultural education practices, with the aim of providing innovative ideas and methods for the cultivation of human resources in higher education.
