新时代网络空间治理中的法治问题研究

随着信息技术的迅猛发展，网络空间已成为继海洋、陆地、天空和外太空之后的第五大空间，对国家政治、经济、文化、军事及国民生活等产生了深远影响。然而，网络空间治理中的法治问题日益凸显，成为新时代国家治理的重要议题。因此，在阐释网络空间法治化建设必要性的基础上，对新时代中国网络空间治理法治化中面临的困境和对策进行解释，以期推进新时代互联网空间治理法治化进程。
With the rapid development of information technology, cyberspace has become the fifth largest space after the sea, the land, the sky and outer space, with far-reaching impacts on national politics, economy, culture, military and national life. However, the issue of the rule of law in the governance of cyberspace is becoming more and more prominent, and has become an important topic of national governance in the new era. Therefore, on the basis of explaining the necessity of building the rule of law in cyberspace, the dilemmas and countermeasures faced in the rule of law in cyberspace governance in China in the new era are explained with a view to advancing the process of rule of law in Internet space governance in the new era.
