Abstract:

打造国家清洁能源产业高地,是能源革命赋予青海的时代机遇,更是青海实现高质量发展的现实路径。青海将着眼于更好发挥青海特有资源禀赋和特殊优势,推动产业“四地”成为经济发展的主引擎,在推进青藏高原生态保护和高质量发展上不断取得新的成就。本文通过分析近十年海南州产业园区清洁能源企业发展情况,分析清洁能源产业对海南州经济发展的贡献,利用复杂网络方法分析海南州产业园区内清洁能源企业协同发展情况,为企业间协同效用的提升提出相应的解决措施,促进海南州将能源优势转化为经济优势,促进经济的进一步提升。
Building a national clean energy industry highland is an opportunity given to Qinghai by the energy revolution, and it is also a realistic path for Qinghai to achieve high-quality development. Qinghai will focus on giving better play to Qinghai’s unique resource endowment and special advantages, promote the “four regions” of industry to become the main engine of economic development, and continuously make new achievements in promoting ecological protection and high-quality development of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau. In this paper, we analyzed the development of clean energy enterprises in Hainan Industrial Park in recent 10 years, and the contribution of the clean energy industry to the economic development of Hainan Prefecture. Using the sophisticated network methods, we analyzed the collaborative development of clean energy enterprises in Hainan Industrial Park, and proposed corresponding solutions for the enhancement of the collaborative effectiveness among the enterprises, so as to promote the transformation of energy advantages into economic advantages in Hainan Prefecture. These findings also promoted the further improvement of the economy.
