时间银行数字化转型的内在逻辑及其政策支持——来自南京市的经验与智慧

Abstract:
时间银行是以社会信用为基础，以时间货币为媒介来实现养老服务供需双方之间跨时间代际劳务交换的新型互助养老模式。南京市时间银行的探索走在了全国前列，其发展经验和智慧较具有代表性。本研究选取南京市栖霞区、鼓楼区、建邺区等社区时间银行为样本，考察南京时间银行运行的特点、困境以及数字化转型和制度创新需求，以期为我国时间银行互助养老技术创新和制度创新提供南京经验和智慧。
Time banking is a new mutual assistance model for elderly care, which is based on social credit and uses time currency as the medium to realize cross-time intergenerational labor exchange between the supply and demand of elderly care services. The exploration of Nanjing Time Bank is at the forefront of China, and its development experience and wisdom are representative. This study selected community time banks in Qixia District, Gulou District, and Jianye District of Nanjing as samples to investigate the characteristics, difficulties, and demands for digital transformation and institutional innovation of time banks in Nanjing, in order to provide experience and wisdom of Nanjing for the technical innovation and institutional innovation of Time Bank mutual-aid elderly care in China.
