重庆市县域城乡融合发展水平测度分析
Analysis of the Measurement of the Development Level of Urban-Rural Integration in Counties of Chongqing

县城是我国城镇化体系的重要组成部分，以县城为重要载体推进城镇化是新发展阶段国家的重要政策之一，县域是城乡融合发展最契合最核心的阵地。根据县域城乡融合发展的内涵，分片区选取重庆市38个区县作为研究对象，构建重庆市县域城乡融合评价指标体系，通过熵权法和变异系数法对2016~2021年重庆市县域及整体城乡融合水平进行测度分析。研究发现：重庆市整体城乡融合发展总体稳定上升，城乡公共服务融合、城乡产业融合和城乡生态融合是最大短板；城乡融合区域差异明显，中心城区发展最好，主城新区发展速度最快，渝东北、渝东南地区需要持续攻坚；县域城乡融合发展水平参差不齐，呈现低度融合、中低度融合、中度融合、中高度融合和高度融合五种不同发展类型。重庆市在推进城乡一体化发展的过程中，需要针对不同地区和不同层次的发展水平，采取不同的政策和措施，以促进城乡融合和协调发展。
The county seat is an important component of the urbanization system in our country. Taking the county seat as an important carrier to promote urbanization is one of the important policies of the country in the new development stage. The county is the most suitable and core position for the integration of urban and rural development. According to the connotation of urban-rural integration development at the county level, 38 districts and counties in Chongqing were selected as the research objects to construct the evaluation index system of urban-rural integration at the county level in Chongqing. The entropy weight method and coefficient of variation method were used to measure and analyze the level of urban-rural integration at the county level and the overall level in Chongqing from 2016 to 2021. The results show that the integrated development of urban and rural areas in Chongqing increases steadily, and the integration of urban and rural public services, urban-rural industrial integration and urban-rural ecological integration are the biggest weaknesses. There are obvious regional differences in urban and rural integration. The central urban area develops best, while the new main urban area develops fastest. The level of development of urban-rural integration in the county varies, showing five different types of development: low integration, medium-low integration, medium integration, medium-high integration and high integration. In the process of promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas, Chongqing needs to adopt different policies and measures according to different regions and different levels of development, so as to promote the integration and coordinated development of urban and rural areas.
