大学生生涯决策困难的影响因素及对策研究
Research on the Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Career Decision-Making Difficulties of College Students

大学生生涯决策困难的影响因素是多方面的，包括人口统计学因素、个人因素、环境因素、认知因素等。文章针对不同的影响因素，从“建立大学生的个体化生涯发展支持体系”、“全方面引导大学生提高自我认知，做好自我管理”、“不断优化大学生生涯发展的环境支持体系”、“不断提高大学生生涯决策过程中的认知能力”共4个方面进行了对策分析，旨在降低大学生生涯决策困难，提高大学生生涯希望，促进大学生生涯获得顺利发展。
The factors that influence career decision-making difficulties for college students are various, including demographic factors, personal factors, environmental factors, and cognitive factors. In view of the different influencing factors, this paper analyzes the countermeasures from four aspects: “Establishing the support system of college students’ individual career development”, “Guiding college students to improve their self-cognition and self-management”, “Constantly optimizing the environmental support system of college students’ career development” and “Constantly improving students’ cognitive ability in the process of college career decision-making”, the purpose is to reduce the career decision-making difficulties of college students, improve their career hopes, and promote the smooth development of college students’ career.
