数字化背景下高职学生素质教育的内涵价值、现实样态和策略提升

Abstract:
文章研究了数字化背景下高职学生素质教育的内涵拓展与现实样态,探讨了数字化资源普及、教学模式创新、环境变迁及校园文化数字化对其的影响。提出了融入课程思政、构建职业规划体系、深化教学改革、利用数字化平台、打造实践社群及引入智能工具等策略,旨在提升学生人文素质、道德修养、职业目标、综合素质、求职能力及合作交流能力,实现个性化学习,为学生的未来发展奠定坚实基础。
This paper investigates the expansion of the connotation and the practical manifestations of quality education for higher vocational students in the context of digitization. It explores the impact of the popularization of digital resources, innovation in teaching modes, environmental changes, and the digitization of campus culture. Strategies such as integrating ideological and political education into courses, constructing a career planning system, deepening teaching reforms, utilizing digital platforms, establishing practical communities, and introducing intelligent tools are proposed. These strategies aim to enhance students’ humanities studies, moral cultivation, career goals, overall quality, job-seeking abilities, cooperation, and communication skills, achieve personalized learning, and lay a solid foundation for students’ future development.
