高校基层党组织面临着领导力薄弱、凝聚力不足以及自我修复力欠缺等多重挑战，这些问题严重阻碍了党组织的组织效能与长期发展潜力。为了有效应对这些挑战，可以从增强党组织的“六力”着手。通过这“六力”的全面提升，高校基层党组织将能更充分地发挥其在学校与社会中的引领作用，有力推动高等教育实现内涵式发展。
Grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities encounter several challenges, including weak leadership, insufficient cohesion, and a lack of self-repair mechanisms. These issues significantly impede the organizational effectiveness and long-term developmental potential of these party organizations. To effectively address these challenges, it is essential to strengthen the “six forces” of the party organization. By comprehensively enhancing these “six forces”, grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities will be better positioned to fulfill their leadership roles within both educational institutions and society, thereby effectively promoting the connotative development of higher education.
