中医药文化中的心理健康理论研究
Theoretical Research on Mental Health in Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture

随着社会经济的发展，心理健康作为健康内涵的重要组成成分日益受到人们的重视。西方国家在心理健康理论方面已具备较为完善的研究成果。中医学虽然没有“心理学”名词，但有着极为丰富的心理咨询与治疗思想，本文从中医药文化中的蕴含的心理健康理论入手，对中医药文化中的心理健康理论进行整理与分析；得出中医药文化中蕴含的心理健康理论以及调节方法对心理问题的调节与治疗有着积极作用，值得我们进行进一步研究和发展，以促进中医药心理健康理论与心理健康建设工作的发展。
With the development of social economy, as an important component of health connotation, mental health has been paid more and more attention. Although there is no certain “psychology” in Traditional Chinese Medicine, there are abundant thoughts of psychological consultation and treatment. Starting with the psychological health theory contained in the Traditional Chinese Medical culture, this paper sorted out and analyzed the Traditional Chinese Medicine culture through the method of literature research, the method of combining theory with practice and interdisciplinary comprehensive research. It is concluded that the theory of mental health contained in the culture of traditional Chinese medicine and the regulation methods have a positive effect on the regulation and treatment of psychological problems, which is worthy of further research and development, as to promote the development of the theory of mental health and the construction of mental health of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
