纳布啡复合丙泊酚在宫腔镜手术中的应用进展

Abstract:
在妇科疾病诊疗中，宫腔镜作为一种微创手术广泛应用于子宫腔内病变的诊断与治疗，并发挥出重要作用。作为有创性技术手段，宫腔镜手术需对患者进行麻醉处理，纳布啡复合丙泊酚在宫腔镜手术中的应用逐渐受到关注。本文旨在全面回顾并探讨纳布啡复合丙泊酚在宫腔镜手术中的应用进展，通过分析其镇痛效果、麻醉深度调控、术后恢复质量及安全性等方面，为临床麻醉实践提供理论依据与参考。
In the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases, hysteroscopy, as a minimally invasive surgery, has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of intrauterine lesions, and has played an important role. As an invasive technique, patients need to be anesthetized in hysteroscopic surgery. The application of nabu phine combined with propofol in hysteroscopic surgery has gradually attracted attention. This paper aims to comprehensively review and discuss the application progress of nalbuphine combined with propofol in hysteroscopic surgery, and provide theoretical basis and reference for clinical anesthesia practice by analyzing its analgesic effect, anesthesia depth regulation, postoperative recovery quality and safety.
