基于云南省水环境质量改善的主要污染物排放分析

Abstract:
本文根据全国排污许可证管理信息平台梳理了云南省水主要污染物许可排放量和实际排放量的区域分布和行业分布，并根据区域分布和行业分布的特征及现有工作的不足提出建议，为提高排污许可质量及证后监管指明方向，以期为提升水环境质量提供理论依据。
Based on the National Pollutant Discharge Permit Management Information Platform, this paper sorts out the regional distribution and industrial distribution of the permitted and actual discharge of major water pollutants in Yunnan Province, and puts forward suggestions according to the characteristics of regional distribution and industry distribution and the shortcomings of the existing work, so as to point out the direction for improving the quality of pollutant discharge permits and post-permit supervision, in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of water environment.
