新职教法背景下职业院校提升社会化服务能力探究
Exploration of Vocational Schools Enhancing Social Service Capabilities under the Background of the New Vocational Education Law

新职教法明确指出“职业教育要适应经济社会发展需要”，以立法的形式将职业教育社会服务职能确定下来。当前，地方职业院校社会化服务普遍面临服务意识薄弱、能力欠缺、机制不健全等问题。文章以新职教法实施为背景，探讨地方职业院校提升社会化服务能力的途径，提出增强主动服务意识、加强校地合作、依托产业学院深化产教融合等三条途径，为地方职业院校社会化服务能力的提升提供借鉴。
The new vocational education law clearly states that “vocational education should adapt to the needs of economic and social development”, and the social service functions of vocational education should be determined in the form of legislation. Currently, local vocational colleges are generally facing problems such as weak service awareness, insufficient capacity, and inadequate mechanisms for socialized services. This article explores the ways for local vocational colleges to enhance their social service capabilities in the context of the implementation of the new vocational education law. It proposes three approaches: enhancing proactive service awareness, strengthening school-local cooperation, and deepening the integration of industry and education through the support of industrial colleges, providing references for the improvement of social service capabilities in local vocational colleges.
