Abstract:

近年来,桂枝汤及其类方在临床上广泛应用于中医临床各科疾患,治疗范围涉及消化、免疫、循环、神经等各个系统。目前桂枝汤及其类方的单味药物药理成分的微观研究较多,而针对全方治疗某种疾病的作用机理、药效物质基础、分子机制、临床观察的研究较少,一定程度上制约了桂枝汤及其类方全方对疾病系统性研究的深入和发展。本文针对桂枝汤及其类方的临床应用及实验研究创新点及热点等进行整理,旨在为推进桂枝汤及其类方的深入研究与临床合理运用,为探索方药现代研究思路及方法提供实践经验与理论支持。
In recent years, Guizhi decoction and its analogous prescriptions have been widely used clinically in Chinese medicine for a wide range of clinical disorders in various disciplines, and the treatment scope involves the digestive, immune, circulatory, and neurological systems, etc. At present, there are more microscopic researches on the pharmacological components of single drugs in Guizhi decoction and its analogous formulas, while there are fewer researches on the mechanism of action, the material basis of pharmacological effect, molecular mechanism, and clinical observation for the treatment of a certain disease by the whole formula, which restricts, to a certain extent, the in-depth and development of the systematic research of Guizhi decoction and its analogous prescriptions for the whole formula on the disease. This paper organizes the clinical application and experimental research innovations and hotspots of Guizhi decoction and its analogous prescriptions, aiming at promoting the in-depth research and rational clinical application of Guizhi decoction and its analogous prescriptions, and providing practical experience and theoretical support for exploring the ideas and methods of modern research on prescription medicines.
