黑龙江省农业类高职院校高质量发展——现实需求、现状与实践路径
High-Quality Development of Agricultural Higher Vocational Colleges in Heilongjiang Province—Realistic Needs, Current Situation and Practical Path

高质量是新时代职业教育发展的主题和方向。目前农业类高职院校在社会上认可度较低且长期不被看好，而黑龙江省作为全国第一农业大省，农业类高职院校承担着培养专业性高素质农业人才、促进就业创业、推进农业现代化的重要职责。本论文通过探讨黑龙江省农业类高职院校发展的现实需求，对办学方向与专业设置、师资力量、人才培养模式及国际交流合作等情况进行了分析，并为促进黑龙江省农业类高职院校高质量发展提出五方面的实践路径，为黑龙江省推进农业现代化、建成农业强省提供可借鉴性意见。
High quality is the theme and direction of vocational education development in the new era. At present, agricultural higher vocational colleges have low recognition in the society and are not favored for a long time. In Heilongjiang Province, as the largest agricultural province in China, agricultural higher vocational colleges undertake the important responsibilities of cultivating professional and high-quality agricultural talents, promoting employment and entrepreneurship, and promoting agricultural modernization. This paper by exploring the realistic demand of the development of agricultural higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang province, the educational direction and professional setting, teachers, personnel training mode and international communication, and so on and so forth are analyzed, and five aspects of practice path are put forward to promote the development of agricultural higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang province quality, to provide reference to promote agricultural modernization in Heilongjiang province and built agricultural strong province.
