Abstract:

五四运动孕育了爱国、进步、民主、科学的五四精神,其应作为新时代高校法学思政教育的重要价值理念,并融入高校课程思政建设当中,从而实现高校教育为国育人、为党育才的目标。五四精神中包含知识储备与爱国内核相结合,个人理想与民族复兴相统一的时代新内涵,体现了五四精神与法学课程思政精神内核的一致性,具体包括民主、科学与法治精神的统一,五四精神与社会主义核心价值观的传承。因此,五四精神融入高校法学思政教育的具体路径应从创新培养模式、组建高水平思政教师队伍以及优化高校思政教学方法进行重点突破。
The May Fourth Movement gave birth to the patriotic, progressive, democratic, and scientific May Fourth Spirit, which should be an important value concept for college law and political education in the new era and integrated into the construction of ideological and political college education. Thus, the goal of college education in nurturing people for the country and talent for the party can be achieved. The new connotation of the May Fourth Spirit includes the combination of knowledge reserves and love for the country, and the unity of individual ideals and national revival. It reflects the consistency between the May Fourth Spirit and the spiritual core of ideological and political college education, specifically including the unification of democracy, science, and the rule of law, and the inheritance of the May Fourth Spirit and socialist core values. Therefore, the specific path for integrating the May Fourth Spirit into college law and political education should focus on innovative training models, the formation of high-level thought political teachers’ teams, and the optimization of college thought political teaching methods.
