基于语料库的中外文学作品中吝啬鬼形象对比分析——以“严监生”与“葛朗台”为例

Abstract:
将语料库语言学与文学作品结合是近年来新的发展方向，本文利用语料库检索软件AntConc对中西方两大“吝啬鬼”代表人物《儒林外史》里的严监生以及《欧也妮·葛朗台》里的“葛朗台”的搭配词和主题词进行了对比分析，通过定量和定性相结合的方法，剖析了两位人物形象和塑造手法的异同，浅析中西方文化对“吝啬鬼”形象的影响。
Combining corpus linguistics with literature study is a brand-new region in recent years. This paper utilized AntConc to analyze the collocations and keywords of the two major Chinese and Western “scrooge” characters, Yan Jiansheng in The History of Confucianism and Grandet in Eugène Grandet, to analyze the similarities and differences of the two characters’ images and shaping methods through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, so as to analyze the influence of Chinese and Western cultures on the image of “scrooge”.
