中西医结合治疗勃起功能障碍的研究进展

Abstract:
勃起功能障碍(ED)作为男性常见的性健康问题，近年来受到广泛关注。西医在ED的分类、病因和治疗方面取得显著进展，但存在挑战与局限。中医对ED的病因病机有独到理解，其治疗方法展现出独特优势。当前，中西医结合治疗ED成为研究热点。本研究综述了西医和中医对ED的认识与治疗进展，探讨了中西医结合治疗ED的理论基础、临床应用及挑战与前景，为ED的治疗提供了新的思路和方向。
As a common sexual health problem in men, erectile dysfunction (ED) has attracted widespread attention in recent years. Western medicine has made remarkable progress in the classification, etiology and treatment of ED, but there are challenges and limitations. TCM has a unique understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of ED, and its treatment methods show unique advantages. At present, the treatment of ED by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has become a research hotspot. This study reviewed the understanding and treatment progress of ED in Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, and discussed the theoretical basis, clinical application, challenges and prospects of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of ED, providing new ideas and directions for the treatment of ED.
