中西医结合治疗药物性肝衰竭病案一例

Abstract:
为了探索肝衰竭经反复人工肝治疗后疗效不佳的治疗思路与方法，分享中西医成功治疗药物性肝衰竭病案的治疗经过。通过介绍病案，针对病案的诊断、治疗进行讨论分析。结果：通过中西医结合治疗患者病情好转出院。结论：中西医治疗为治疗药物性肝衰竭提供了新思路。
In order to explore the treatment ideas and methods of poor curative effect of liver failure after repeated artificial liver treatment, the treatment process of successful treatment of drug-induced liver failure by traditional Chinese and Western medicine was shared. Through the introduction of medical records, the diagnosis and treatment of medical records are discussed and analyzed. Results: The patients were treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. Conclusion: The treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine provides a new way for the treatment of drug-induced liver failure.
