基于国家专利复方治疗肠易激综合征的用药规律
Based on the Medication Rules of National Patent Compound for the Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的：基于国家专利复方治疗肠易激综合征的用药规律。为中医药临床诊治肠易激综合征提供参考依据。方法：检索“国家知识产权局–中国专利公布公告”网站中治疗肠易激综合征的复方专利数据，采用Excel软件提取纳入文献信息并进行四气五味归经统计，利用R语言进行频数统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析。结果：共纳入98首专利复方，共包含药物209味，用药频数前15味药物分别是白术、白芍、甘草、陈皮、茯苓、防风、木香、黄连、柴胡、党参、吴茱萸、干姜、枳实、苍术、葛根。药物药性以温、寒、平性为主，药味以甘、辛、苦味为主；归经以肝、脾、肺经为主。关联规则分析显示获得以白术、白芍、陈皮、茯苓、防风为核心的药物组合；层次聚类分析得到3类药物组合。结论：分析肠易激综合征临床用药的常用组合规律，为临床治疗肠易激综合征提供用药思路。
Objective: To treat irritable bowel syndrome based on national patent compounds. It provides a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of irritable bowel syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The compound patent data for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) were retrieved from the website of “State Intellectual Property Office-China Patent Publication Announcement”, and the information included in the literature was extracted by Excel software, and the statistics of the four qi and five flavors were carried out, and the frequency statistics, association rule analysis and cluster analysis were carried out by using R language. Results: A total of 98 patent formulas were included, including 209 flavors, and the top 15 drugs with the highest frequency of administration were Atractylodes macrocephalus, Paeonia alba, Licorice, Citrus tangerine, Poria cocos, Parsnip, Muxiang, Coptis chinensis, Bupleurum chinensis, Codonopsis, Evodia, Ginger, Citrus aurantium, Atractylodes atractylodes and Pueraria lobata. The medicinal properties of the drugs are mainly warm, cold and flat, and the medicinal flavors are mainly sweet, pungent and bitter. The meridians are mainly based on the liver, spleen, and lung meridians. The association rule analysis showed that the drug combinations with Atractylodes macrocephalus, Paeonia alba officinalis, Citrus tangerine peel, Poria cocos and Parsnip as the core were obtained. Hierarchical cluster analysis yielded three drug combinations. Conclusions: To analyze the common combination of clinical medication for irritable bowel syndrome, and to provide medication ideas for the clinical treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.
